Pokhara's lake and the Annapurna range are the setting for a seven-day reset. Mornings begin with hatha yoga on a lake-view deck, afternoons with guided meditation and Ayurvedic treatment, and evenings with vegetarian, locally grown meals.
A fixed departure keeps the group together: twelve to fourteen participants share the same teachers, schedule and silent day. Rooms are shared or private.
